Prepare the Package
Carefully disassemble your equipment and place it back into its original packaging, ensuring all safety components and hardware are included.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
